Each survey is carried out by Mr Tim Sampson  who is one of only a handful of fully qualified preservation surveyors in the North of Scotland.

On contacting our office we will arrange for your specialist survey, whether it be pre-purchase or in your own home, to be carried with minimum delay as time is paramount in the housing market.  We will then report back to you with full details of our findings and thereafter a fully detailed written report and quotations will be provided if requested.
